FEDERAL MONTHLY DIVIDEND
BASED ON GROSS REAL ECONOMIC OUTPUT

Everyone would like to get a dividend—especially once a month—of money enough to fill a gap between what we earn and what we need to spend. The question is how to pay for the dividend. It could be a dividend of money borrowed by government to pass on to the people. Or it could be a dividend of legal tender authorized by the Presient, the Congress or the Federal Reserve (or all of them).
