We ask Network member sites to place all their Network contributions in the public domain as they appear before you. We urge members to copy what other members write (as is, or as varied)—when they like what it says.

This will permit members to broadcast text they believe will persuade voters to demand the reform we seek. Copying (and improving text) will be a mechanism for reaching near consensus without moderators or forum owners to censor other people.

When we reach near consensus, skilled editors among us will attempt to present a finite number of agreed agendas—to make clear to voters the reform we hope will be heard in the public square.

If you share our general goals, become a member. All it takes is linking your site to other sites whose message is close to your own. You will never have to argue for a change to an "agreed" text. You will keep your version. Others will keep theirs. Re-stated agendas, condensed from very similar "schools of thought", will be written by editors agreed to by the sites involved. Any site may withdraw its initial agreement on an editor.

In other words, we are suggesting the most democratic procedures for grass roots control of policy ever seen this side of heaven. Members can un-link from the Network 'whenever'—nothing more is required.
