Let's face facts. Presidents Bush and Obama saved the bacon for billionaires—but ignored, (as though they deserved to be ignored) men, women and children who were once protected by working breadwinners and now are eating dirt.

The presidents' excuse: " I don't know what to do. "

Well, let this Network tell you what to do: figure out how to pay individual Americans (without delay) enough to pay their bills—while they train to go back to work to supply strategic needs or commercial needs that will earn them a decent living.

• Avoidable depression begins when people lose their job—or never find one in the first place.

• The moment this happens, people are entitled to be paid for training—including for self-employment and small business entrepreneurship. (If you have never worked, your entitlement would begin 30 days after you start to look for work.)
