MONEY

"Everybody loves money. Too bad there isn't enough to go around."
— Bernard Schoenbaum

"It isn't really money until you spend it." — Edith Piaf

"Law is like the chicken. Money is the egg. Which came first, law or money ?"
— Anonymous

Truer words were never spoke. The Network mission is money-system reform. But explaining money, as it is—and how to change it—turns out to be a bear. "The more you say, the less you come across."

We want to create enough money, based on our potential to produce  the things that money can buy,  to actually produce the things that will end poverty—when they're on the shelf, and the poor are all employed in useful work at a reasoned wage.

Because wages are often squeezed, not reasoned, and full employment in the modern world is rare, employers are blamed for being greedy. Yet we believe it is the system, more than greed, that is eating labor's lunch and producing less than need.
