Money we learn from Abba Lerner must be used on purpose. If its aim is full employment and full provision of necessities to people and their nations, then half-measures will not do. And even worse than half-measures are corrupt decisions to forego law-making for raising money and outsourcing the law to labbyists registered to favor private over public interest..
