What is a Wiki-net? — It is the result of collaboration by authors of a common-purpose published product. Most Wiki's have an agreed final version on a single website (or mirrored sites.) A Wiki-net has many sites, each with its own version of the product—which may be slightly different from each other.

The purpose of such a Wiki-net is to allow viral spread of doctrine that may not be uniform—but that reflects common purpose. Wiki-net doctrine can spread virally very fast—because each copy need not be an exact copy of every other. All copies in the public domain may be copied by anyone without attribution (the same as a dictionary word may be copied).
