SECURITY
Security, as in National Security, is an essential goal of government and the fundamental duty of individuals who love their country. As the lives of citizens are protected by government, so citizens protect the security of their nation with their lives.
A multitude of agencies and institutions of government protect its military, political and economic security, many of which develop national intelligence in support of action to defend the nation and its citizenry.
In the United States today the National Security Agency is a model for developing intelligence related to hostile intent by human enemies of our nation and the American people. It employs the communications sciences to inform us ahead of action of all we need to know to the extent that this is possible.
Similar to hostile intent, yet essentially different, is all we need to know to defend our national economic security and the economic security of the citizenry. Banks and other private sources help direct money within America to the accounts that drive the economy and establish primary security on which National Security depends. An Economic Security Agency, parallel to private information channels is missing today—and this deficiency has left America with private parties to be rescued with money from the people who themselves have no such protection from want and loss of economic security without reason or justice of any kind.
Without the intelligence to keep solvent the supply chains on which National and Individual economic security and Life itself depend, we remain as vulnerable to hostile and accidental events as we were before we had the computational and communication sciences tools of the 2oth and 21st Centuries. This deficiency is intolerable in present circumstances.
It is the responsibility of the president with congress to create parallel intelligence functions to move money from government to the accounts that require it—to keep the nation on an even keel prepared to survive all challenge to its economic and industrial life which it is physically capable of defeating.
