WEEDS The WEEDS, as in "going into the weeds", refers to factual and scholarly detail — that may be accurate and essential for professional management of real operations—but when introduced to the wrong audience can prevent that audience from "seeing the forest for the trees". The WEEDS are a fatal obstacle to communication between people from different worlds of experience. Persuasion is always difficult. Once you're into the weeds it becomes impossible.
