THE  CIVIL  RIGHT  TO  WORK (JULY 2009)
an e-book in the public domain
written and revised by all who print it on an Internet page of their own
This pamphlet was first printed on 16 July 1986 as a revision to The Constitutional Right to Work, 10 November 1984.

Let this e-book be a culmination of the Civil Rights and Union movements in the United States— spread around the world as of now—by the election in America of President Barack Obama.

The Civil Right to Work is presented here as law.

The desirability of full employment (and successful commerce) to end poverty—is taken for granted.

Taken for granted, as well, is abundant supply of the necessities of life—by automation and attendant human labor—that must find buyers among the people whose jobs reflect this intended favorable future.

Looking at the record of socialist and market economies we note shortcomings in both.

We believe individual liberty must be underpinned by private wealth—and that both our society and planet Earth must be protected by law and liberty, as well as by planning and information systems to reach civilized values that begin with the Golden Rule—to in the end achieve a productive and loved political economy in every interested nation.

The civil right to work, at rewards which reflect fair and effective collective bargaining, respecting entrepreneurial and cooperative rational and just systems, is a part of our quest for peace in an enlightened era.
