By reason of the aforesaid role, all competing employment agencies may apply for full tax exempt status as though they were an extension of a tax exempt college or school. All revenues they receive relating to employment of people will be exempt from all taxes.
The Bank shall lend wages and costs directly to employees who accept jobs through the Bankincluding loans to self-employers and trainees for their own wages and costs.
Employers for whom an employee works must co-sign the loan and become partners in fact with both the Bank and the employee for as long the employee receives wages and costs directly from the bank.
Repayment of loans made directly to employees will be made by employers for as long as they retain the employee in their employ. They may release the employee from employment at any time by notice to the Bank and the employeewhich the Bank must immediately confirm.
Repayment terms and agreements between employers and the Bank will be developed by the Bank in agreement with employers.
