If we will soon learn how to connect the apex of decision to the seed, root, trunk, branches, leaves and invisible supports of the varieties of human society to purposely end .ignorance, poverty, waste and war, it will be because money is an application in quantitative information technology ready for revolutionary reform and diplomacy and domestic policy are qualitative applications in the same IT sphere.
